FSR Policies

Clear, simple terms to keep your celebration smooth and safe.

Payment & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Balances are due prior to setup.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. If a payment fails, we’ll provide alternate links or split-payment options when possible.

Reschedule & Weather

If severe weather (sustained rain, high winds, lightning) is forecast for your event window, we will work with you to reschedule within 60 days at no additional charge, subject to availability. We recommend indoor contingency plans wherever possible. If you elect to cancel instead of rescheduling, standard cancellation terms apply.

Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel more than 14 days prior to your date, any remaining balance (if prepaid) may be credited toward a future event within 6 months.
Cancellations within 14 days may forfeit additional payments due to scheduling and prep costs.

Safety & Operations

We follow equipment safety protocols and signage requirements. Certain items (open flame, fuel) have additional setback distances.
FSR reserves the right to pause or adjust operations for safety (e.g., high winds, electrical hazards, lightning).

Fire & Bug SOP (Summary)

Primary bug mitigation uses lanterns and perimeter controls. Any open flame elements are limited, set back 10–15 ft from audience and equipment, and operated by FSR only.
Citronella or fuel is transferred using funnels/containers to prevent spills; fire extinguishers are on site.
Open flame is suspended in high winds, dry conditions, or near flammables; lanterns become the default.

Damage & Fees

Client is responsible for providing safe, level setup areas and access to power unless otherwise arranged.
Damages due to misuse or unauthorized relocation may incur repair/replacement costs.

Media & Content

We may capture photos/video for portfolio or social proof unless you request otherwise in writing prior to your event.
